Continuous Counter-Flow Drying Technology
The HI-TORQUE CIRCU-LATOR II grain drying machine is the basic augering equipment that makes possible the counter-flow drying technology available with our Performance Systems. The HI-TORQUE CIRCU-LATOR III provides grain drying capacity up to 22,000 bushels per day.
The HI-TORUE CIRCU-LATOR II is ideal for installation in drying bins 36' - 48' in diameter. The HI-TORQUE CIRCU-LATOR II can function as a recirculating unit without transfer equipment, or as a continuous-flow dryer using transfer equipment for most any free-flowing grain including corn, soybeans, wheat, milo, and rape.
Machine Components
The HI-TORQUE CIRCU-LATOR II includes a recirculating grain spreader, 8” center vertical auger, heavy-duty gearbox, 8” horizontal unload auger, and two high capacity tapered sweep augers powered by a two motor Hi-Torque drive.

By adding additional Shivvers components you can dry 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The entire drying system is automatically controlled by our revolutionary COMPUDRY™. Surge capacity of the HI-TORQUE CIRCU-LATOR II is up to 20,000 bushels, all but eliminating the need for wet holding. Just as a Shivvers Performance System, the drying zone of the HI-TORQUE CIRCU-LATOR II is at the bottom of the drying bin. Heated air blown into the plenum and up through the bin floor is forced through the wet grain with escape at the top of the bin saturated. As the grain dries uniformly, it is removed at floor level by a two tapered sweep augers.
